Making an offer
When we’re on the call, we’ll get all the information we need to make you an initial guide offer there and then.
Accepting our offer
Once you’re happy with your initial guide offer, we’ll arrange for our valuation team to come out to property within one week. We’ll then confirm our final offer formally. We may even be able to pay a cash deposit upon reaching an initial agreement after valuation – in some cases, this can even be paid to you straight away.
Completing the sale
Once you’ve confirmed our formal offer, we’ll get the legal team to start the process and support you through to completion.
